I graduated from Ball State University in 2012 with a degree in Journalism - Magazine track. Ball State's elite program gave me the opportunity to cross-train in multimedia journalism. I was encouraged to pursue real, difficult features and profiles, learned how to shoot and edit a news-style reel, and even had the chance to travel to MLB spring training with on-field access to interview major leaguers.

I spent 2008-2010 at Taylor University in Upland, IN, as a media communications major and member of the men's basketball team

  • Responsible for the creation and implementation of integrated marketing & advertising plans for member stores

  • Collaborate with member stores, territory sales managers, and the vendors that provide our marketing programs to put together and effective marketing strategy

  • Travel to high priority member stores to train in-person on the implementation of marketing strategies
